PE and Sport Grant

All maintained schools must publish information about their use of the PE and Sport Grant allocation.  Our allocation is £18,570.  We will be using the grant to support in delivering the expected physical education, physical activity and sport outcomes.  This support will include:

  • In school curriculum support for the delivery of high quality Physical Education
  • Subject specialist advice to enhance the quality of teaching & learning in Physical Education
  • Opportunities to access specialist coaching
  • Support the development of pupil leadership and volunteering
  • Support the promotion of active lifestyles in school
  • Meeting National Curriculum requirements for swimming and water safety
  • Oppoortunities for holistic growth through regular Forest School sessions provided by a qualified Forest School Leader

The impact of this grant will be monitored throughout the school year.
